We deliver our products using Australia Post.... regular mail or Express Post satchels.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged once they leave our premises.
If however, an item is damaged - we will replace the item upon return of the damaged item (at the buyers expense).  Please email or phone for return address details.
